EDEN: Audio File of my talk
Mark Kramer has posted on his weblog some reports on the highlights of the EDEN conference. There are some audio file for download available as well.
Mark Kramer gave me on the EDEN conference a link to his personal weblog mamk.net with the remark that I will find my own presentation "Context is King - The Altered Role of Centent in eLearning" there. He has included a post with an uneditet audio file of my talk as well. The recording is almost 28 minutes and therefore the file pretty big (25.7 MB).
He has recorded the talk from the audience - and not directly from the mirco - so that unfortunately there are some problems with the quality of the sound. But anyway: better than nothing!
For me personally it was a strange experience to hear my own voice with my heavy accent and bad english...

Follow up
Dr. Baumgarnter, First of all you do not have a heavy accent and your English is really far superior than the most Austrian (German speaking) Academics. Honestly. I am not trying to make you feel good. I am just stating a fact.
Second: I am running the audio through some noise reduction and cleaning it up a little. I will save it to a more compressed audio format and republish it on my podcast platform.
Third: I placed this keynote up because I believe that it can be used as a catalyst to start a much need discussion about Content vs. Context. I am excitied to see what quality of dialogue will follow in the next days and weeks.
Much respect out to you and our Colleagues around the globe.
Mark
